The Debut RecordMaster has been designed to set new standards in this category for the coming decade – perfectly timed, as analogue is once again a respected music source while interest in decks that can handle vintage 78 RPM records continues to grow.

To play those vintage shellac records, a swap-over of your stylus to “Stylus 78 for OM Cartridges” (not included) and a quick adjustment of the drive belt is all you need!

Because Debut RecordMaster comes with a pre-mounted cartridge and built-in phono preamplifier with PC-USB output, playback via the line-level input of your hi-fi system and the recording of vinyl to your computer can be done simultaneously! Nice!

Simply connect your Debut Carbon RecordMaster HiRes turntable to your PC via USB, play a record, rip your precious vinyl collection into High-Resolution Audio. The internal high class A/D converter supports native conversion from analogue to DSD 11.2 MHz digital. Using a PC application (Vinyl Studio Lite, supplied on CD) you are able to rip, edit and store tracks from your vinyl records. When doing so, you will enjoy your valuable record collection with all its authentic warmth and smoothness anytime and anywhere with digital convenience.

The new RecordMaster Hi-Res is based on the Debut Carbon platform but has a premium acrylic platter and a premium carbon tonearm that’s fitted with an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge. The Pro-Ject RecordMaster Hi-Res also has an onboard DAC which can output digitally via USB or optically It also has two analogue outputs: line-output and a standard phono output.
